The Situation
Inspirations Care Limited was established to provide residential services for children and young people. Due to the nature of their work, Inspirations Care needed a recruitment solution to manage all temporary, contract and permanent roles across their various locations and ensure that staff complied with legal and national standards.
Amongst its many needs, inspiration required therapeutic, administration, support staff and managers who could all demonstrate full compliance and availability.
Paying several different agencies, various rates throughout the year was proving extremely costly and the organisation was finding its recruiting costs a substantially financial burden.
The Solution

- A comprehensive management information system that qualifies all candidates before they can be recruited.
- Introducing a standardised two stage interview process for hiring managers
- First stage interviews to take place via our onsite Account Manager

Inspirations Care now entrusts all its recruitment to take place via the One Recruitment system that now provides a total recruitment service. Centralising the function has immediately offered the organisation the following results:
